Anders Wall’s Scholarship

Value of Scholarship: Full tuition reimbursement
Study Level: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Eligible Nationality: Ethiopian, Ghanaian, Kenyan, South African, Tunisian, and Ugandan citizens

The King Carl Gustaf Scholarship

Value of Scholarship: Pays for all tuition expenses
Level of Study: Master’s degree
Citizens of nations outside of Switzerland or the European Union (EU)/European Economic Area (EEA) are eligible.

Uppsala University President’s Club Scholarship

Value of Scholarship: Pays for all tuition expenses
Level of Study: Master’s degree
Eligible Nationality: A citizen of a nation other than Switzerland and the EU/EEA

Uppsala University Global Scholarship

Value of Scholarship: Pays for all tuition expenses
Level of Study: Master’s degree
Citizens of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Iraq, Mali, Mexico, Nigeria, Somalia, Syria, and Yemen are among the eligible nationalities.

Eligibility Criteria For Uppsala University Scholarships

Depending on the type of Uppsala University Scholarships may have different requirements. But generally speaking, the applicants need to meet the following requirements:

You have to be from a country that isn’t Switzerland, the EU, or the EEA.
Academic competence and a desire to engage in educational activities are prerequisites.
Your application for the Master’s program had to be submitted prior to the university’s admissions deadline.
The master’s program for which you applied must be open to you. Before the deadline, you must send your application fee and all other supporting papers to University Admissions.

How to Apply for Uppsala University Scholarships

Scholarship applications for Uppsala University and applications for bachelor’s or master’s degrees must be sent in separately.

Step 1

Prior to submitting an application for scholarships from Uppsala University, you must first apply to one of the university’s international bachelor’s or master’s programs at universityadmissions.se.
After submitting your application at universityadmissions.se, you will be assigned a unique application number consisting of eight digits. You’ll need the number to apply for one of our scholarships, so keep it close to hand.

For which scholarship program or programs are you applying?
the special application ID that universityadmissions.se provided you

Note: Uppsala University does not charge an application fee for its scholarships.

Application Deadline

The deadline for Uppsala University Scholarships applications is February 3, 2025, at 23:59 Central European Time (CET). Please keep the time zone in mind. After the deadline, applications won’t be taken into consideration.
